Who we are.
Tapchanger Services Ltd. is a family run business, incorporated since 1990, providing specialised services on all types of on-
load tapchangers. We are registered at Companies House in Registered Number 255 24 91.
This notice gives a summary of what we do with your information in order to run our business.
What information we obtain and where we obtain it from.
TSL only collects personal data which is necessary for the day to day running of its business - for example; names,
telephone numbers, email, work addresses and payment details of those who we trade with.
This information will usually have been provided by you. If, however, we obtain personal data from a source other than you
we will provide you with privacy information when the first communication with you takes place.
How we use your information.
We use your information to provide the goods and services which you purchase from us or, if you are a supplier, in order
for us to purchase goods and services from you.
Sharing your information.
We do not share or process your data with any other company, with the exception of our bank (currently Lloyds) as is
necessary to enable us to pay you. Lloyds Bank has its own privacy policy which can be found on its website
Marketing.
TSL does not use personal data for marketing purposes.
Transferring information overseas.
TSL does not transfer information overseas.
How long we keep your information.
We will retain your data only for the durtation of our business with you. We may retain contact details for as long as our
business with you is likely to be ongoing.
Communication.
We may contact you with information relevant to your business with us by a variety of means; this includes e-mail,
telephone or mail. If at any point in the future your contact details change we rely on you to tell us about those changes.
Your Rights.
The General Data Protection Regulations for which this Privacy Statement is written gives you certain legal rights to control
what we do with your information. You have a right to access your information; to ask us to update or correct any
information that we hold; to restrict processing your information in certain circumstances. You may object to direct
marketing. You may request to be given the personal information you supplied in a portable format.
